No joy from Teljoy

On 28 July 2016 I app**** for a washing machine through Teljoy. It was pre-approved and the contract was handled by Mapholo Khumalo. She requested that I send the necessary documents as soon as possible so that she could get it through on that specific deal as it was near the end of the month. I sent everything and on 29 July I received my contract which I signed and sent back. I was then promised delivery on Tuesday 2 August. Monday 1 August I received a call to confirm delivery and that someone would be home. I made sure I was home and when the delivery arrived and the box was opened by the delivery men, I saw that it was not what I had signed for and that it was the cheaper option. I was given the option to keep the incorrect machine but I decided against it was not what I wanted. The delivery men contacted Mapholo who then phoned me and told me the original contract had been cancelled and resubmitted on the incorrect machine. Because the following Tuesday was a public holiday, I agreed that the machine could be delivered on Tuesday 16 August and took the day off from work. I didn't receive a phonecall to confirm delivery on Monday so I sent Mapholo an email to confirm delivery on Tuesday morning. She informed me that AGAIN my contract had been cancelled but no replacement was loaded. She promised that the machine would either be delivered on Thursday or next week Tuesday. Later on Tuesday afternoon I received a call from Teljoy at 13:37 to ask they could deliver the next day. I took another day off and waited all day yesterday. STILL NO DELIVERY!!! No call to explain. Nothing. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE ACTUALLY WORK? DO YOU ALLOW YOUR STAFF TO TAKE CONTINUAL DAYS OFF BECAUSE OF OTHER PEOPLE'S LACK OF SERVICE? I am fuming! Teljoy had better contact me to arrange delivery immediately, and I do not care that I am in Potchefstroom. Get your act together and keep to your end of the contract. If this is not resolved by the end of the day, then I am cancelling the contract and taking my money elsewhere. And I do not want Mapholo to contact me as she is useless at her job and then tries to cover up by offering to send flowers. Human error once, I can understand, twice is going to annoy me but a THIRD TIME is going to send me over the edge. Get someone from management to contact me to sort your nonsense out.
