No help fixing a faulty Defy washing machine

I logged a call with Teljoy on the 6th of February after I got a brand new Defy washing machine just a week prior. After numerous calls and follow ups still no technician have been here to fix the issue. A technician would have been out to my house before 7:00am on Friday morning. I had to leave for work at 7am. At 7:10 I called the technician and he said "O sorry ma'am I won't make it." He did not even bother to call me to tell me he won't be comming out. When you call they say they will call back with feedback but don't. So I have been without a machine since the 6th...and still no joy received even though I keep following up with them...They have pathetic and useless service.
