No help at all

I had the pleasure of being sent from one department to the other.<br> NO one willing to help.<br> All I want to do, is make an arrangement to pay.<br> <br> It looks to me that you do not want my money, all you want to do is take the rental.<br> I have been a client since June 2013 and just because 1 debit order was missed due to me being on maternity leave now it is an issue. <br> I did not stop the debit order you did!!!<br> <br> So can some manager in the appropriate department contact me?<br> I do not want a random employee phoning me. <br>
