No delivery

For the past 2-3 months Teljoy has been toying with us….my wife ordered a OS5 under her nam since I couldn’t add it under my name….it was approved and a contract was delivered, maybe 1.5 months later someone eventually got back to us and then sent us a contract again we signed, got confirmation that they are out of stock, they will have more stock available and ship the PS5 and that was the end…to date we are still waiting, twice we signed agreements for a PS5 and no delivery…we’ve sent followup emails and no response…this is realy disappointing service
