No communication regarding an order
Very bad Service, I have been doing follow ups on my order since 2 weeks ago to no avail, I have been speaking to Dieketseng and this person has been of no help at all. Her/His responses are "you will be contacted" everytime I follow up. They do not escalate queries and refuse to advise how to log complaints,
