No Communication

I ordered a bed on the 13th of January. My application was approved and processed. The agent who I spoke to did not advise that the item was out of stock, but rather processed the order. Now nearly a month later, I am still waiting for feedback on when to expect the item. Nobody responding to my emails. Can someone please just tell me what is happening and when to expect my order? It is ridiculous that items are advertised but clients are not advised that they are out of stock or when they should expect delivery
