No commission received

I referred a friend to Teljoy end of last year(2021). Queried about the referral commission earlier this year(2022) because I have not yet received it. Someone by the name of Navarre Snell sent me a form to complete before I can get my commission. Sent the form through on the 11th of March 2022, but still no response. Is this the normal waiting period for loyal Teljoy customers? Do loyal paying customers always get ignored?
