New customer received a tv with no remote, no feet or instruction manual

My mother in law received her new Tv from Teljoy on Saturday 14 December 2019. Very excited we opened the box to find the tv but no remote control no feet for the tv and no instructions manual. Wanting to contact teljoy answering machines is all we get. This was just after 1. I feel that this is something they need to check before dropping it off at a new customer.
