never will I buy from Teljoy again worst customer service or turn around time ever

So this all began when my tv was giving me problems so I requested it to be picked up this took ages , there after over 2 months nothing , and then endless fighting with an agent , ( whom progressed not send me a email meant for someone within Teljoy that I was driving her mad ) because I wanted my tv or at least a answer , none of which I was getting finally we got to an agreement that they could not repair the tv and could not replace the tv as they no longer stocked Panasonic and agreed the to give me a 43" in place of the the 32" I had expect this was the catch it was a second hand unit and already repaired unit. But still cover under the duration of my 3 year contract and at no extra cost after taking a few more days still finally the tv was delivered. So about a month ago I questioned my billing as another item had reached its duration and was now done paid for in full to find out they were now charging me for the 43"at the inflated price and as we agreed as it was not a new item. So here is where my problem comes in , is A it took 14 days to tell me what I am now paying , and then of cause the argument began as this was not the deal we made.And now going over a week for someone to pick up a phone and call me , or resolve the issue , give me a statement of what I have been paying since this exchange and actually just blatantly ignore there is any problem. Now I must say I have not before this whole episode experienced any problem with teljoy but after this I will never purchase again I will rather save and buy cash than be treated the way they treat unhappy customers but have have no problem at all taking your money each month just don't ask for service pay and shut up
