Never waited this long for anything!!

After a month of back and forth I eventually get a message on Friday saying my order is ready for delivery. Sent an email this morning as I had not heard anything else only to receive a call saying its with the courier company and going to be another 7-10 working days.why bother sending the message if it's still going to be a another 2 weeks? So tired of this run around
