Never ever use teljoy!!!!! BAD SERVICE GUARANTEED

I have never experienced such bad service in my life. First you can't phone them as you go straight to voice mail. I received a mail on the 4th of June confirming that my unit is ready for delivery and I will be contacted soon. Today is the 11th of June and after numerous emails I as a paying customer just gets ignored. How do I recommend Teljoy to any sane person?
