Mpho Malefe-pleasant manners and service but you mislead me somewhat
I placed another rent to own product with Teljoy through Mpho Molefe. I would have gladly given 5 stars for the way she explained things, did the deal etc. But and it's a big but:
What ****es me off is that the product is out of stock but not listed out of stock on the website and she didn't don't let me know when we were concluding the deal! Only after the contract is signed and sealed Mpho tells me it's out of stock!!
Please do not do this to customers. You could have told me strait up when you contacted me to finalize the deal! So now I must wait 10-14 days! I'm not happy-next time tell me it's not in stock before you take me through the contract, because I might have chosen another product.

14 Jul 2021, 13:30Dearest Teljoy. The issue is not the turn around time although I got my washing machine within 2 days (my first order with you). It's your failure to tell a client that the item is out of stock prior to starting the contract! We conclude the contract, then tell me there's no stock-that's the issue!!!
