Missing unit

I am very disappointed, had a contract with Teljoy (washing machine and soundbar)that has ended August last year

Beginning last year I contacted them requesting for a repair of my soundbar( sound was not working properly) I received feedback that they are unable to fix it as one of the speakers blew out due to volume, they offered for me to get a new soundbar but with a added monthly installment till the end of my contract. I declined and opted for my soundbar to be returned.

Upon returning my soundbar was damaged, it appeared that it was forced opened and glued back together as you could visibly see the bend at edges and glue, I complained and told them it is not fair because other then the sound not being proper I did send my soundbar in a very good condition to them( I have pictures as reference)

They then requested for it to be retuned so they can fix it. My soundbar was collected last year June (i have a collection slip as proof) and up until today I have not received my soundbar or heard any update everytime I call I speak to someone new, no one seems to have a trace of the unit , nothing reflects on the system that the unit was collected and I’m just waiting for people to get back to me and they never do.

I am disappointed and angry I paid and completed my contract for 3 years and I don’t have my unit and no answers.

Honestly don’t know what to do anymore but I’ll definitely not do any business with them again I advise the same for others
