Misleading and Unprofessional

I app**** for a laptop online one of the consultants Diketso phoned me back. She did the application online and told me it was approved and I should submit my documents. They even sent me an sms to remind me to forward my documents, only to find out that my application would be declined after submitting. Why do they make a person excited and making you think your appliction was approved just to tell you after so much effort it was unsuccesful. They are very misleading and unprofessional this changes my whole view about Teljoy.
