Mis informing clients

I purchased a rent to own TV from Teljoy, via my company as we are supposed to get 'special rates'.<br> I have had endless queries regarding the term of my contract . Iv just been told that the contract is over a period of 36 months and not 24 like I was under the impression. I have also been told that I am not able to pay up the total owing even though I was advised otherwise on my previous query.<br> This is *********, I was also told by the sales consultant Charlin Tebogo, that she is not responsible for advising me about the term, as I signed the contract, I accept negligence on my part for not reading properly, however it's the least that the sales consultant can do given that it is a long term contract.<br> I find this practice shady and will definitely be advising all my friends and family against Teljoy
