Maintenance plan

I have no problem with their follow up on repairs but I am struggling to get a maintenance plan out of them. I gave been trying since the 1 st October 2022 and email whatsup and calls all say I will be contacted as soon as possible. This is not happening it's already the 10 th is October and no one has answered any of my calls or emails or whatsup. What do I do now
