I do not understand how Teljoy work,,, I app**** for a second TV on special. Send all the relative documents. Received an email from Teljoy on the 10 May 2022, Application 525170 APPROVED. Hello Lucy, Great news, your Teljoy application is approved! A friendly agent will contact you within 24-48 business hours to finalise & arrange delivery. Now my understanding is, I have a signed contract with Teljoy for above TV and I have an email proving it was approved. When my wife called this morning to see if we could collect the TV, she was told that she does not qualify for the second TV. Why was the email sent that she was approved and why did Teljoy have on our acc we can buy up to R 1000.00. Something need to be done about this issue before I take it further.
