Loyal Customer for 12 Months

I am very upset with Teljoy and want to lay a complaint! I have been a dedicated customer of teljoy for a year now. Every month I pay my account on time. On the 4th Of October I purchased a Laptop from Teljoy and now that I want to buy my son a PlayStation 4 for Christmas, you decline my purchase because i have to wait 3 months before I can buy again, because teljoy wants to check how I pay my account? Really?? For the last year I have paid all my stuff with teljoy on time and NOW when I REALLY need to buy my son a GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS, teljoy have stories!!!! This is really unprofessional and I did not expect to be treated as a child on my OWN ACCOUNT that I do pay every month! If this is how you would like to handle me, Teljoy can come and take all their applainces back (Washing machine, couches, laptop, etc) and I will give my money to a company who really wants it like Josua Doore or Hi Fi Corporation! I expect feedback regarding this problem! I am not asking for much, just a PS 4 for my son for Christmas! Can you please have a heart! Christmas is a time for giving!
