LISTED FOR ***** BY TELJOY
I purchased a bed in 2019, it was delivered broken. I have all the correspondence of begging to have the bed exchanged before I make a payment, I was eventually sent a final demand, I AGAIN advised they literally deliver a bed where the base was snapped in half , my elderly mother that can't see well at all or read for that matter , They had her sign for delivery, I only saw the bed when I got home from work. I was in contact with them for a year (I have all the proof via email) NO ONE BOTHERED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE BUT WANTED THE PAYMENTS!
ONLY TO FIND THAT TELJOY HAS NOW LISTED ME ON ITC NOT FOR BAD PAYER OR OUTSTANDING DEBT BUT FOR *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be taking this up with a lawyer , the problems this has now cau*** for me to continue to grow my little business or even getting a car. I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER !!!!

It was so serious yet no call from teljoy at all today.
Who is held responsible for the financial situation now regarding my business and no car due to TELJOY wrongfully listing me ??????????
This has affected me financially in a horrible way it's put strain on my small business which led to loss of income.
Try running a business as a woman alone , taking care of my elder mom with no vehicle !!!!!!!!!!!
As well as no financial assistance from banks cause TELJOY listed me for ***** for a broken bed THEY never replaced !!!!!!!!!!!

MY MOM AND I WILL BE HOMELESS in the next 7 days.
I have grounds to sue for damages at this stage , I have also contacted Caxton news paper.
The last email I sent to Selina Dube I requested contact details for higher management, I was ignored.
