Lies at Teljoy..empty promises...playing with customer's feelings

I app**** for a cellphone at Teljoy..(rent to buy)i was approved and sent me tracking emails and all that,then i again received an email and sms telling me that my order is with the courier company and it should reach me before close of business..okay i waited until the 5th day i then call them they take to pillar and post no one was telling me what was the hold-up..until a certain lady called me telling me my application was unsuccessful i am rejected..i asked then why was i told that i qualified and my order is on the way..she couldn't answer until now no one has said anything to me about what has happened..
