LIES AND DECEPTION

Ill start off with TELJOY is deceiving and full of LIES. They mislead you and cover up with calls of lies.

I have been promised my refund for two weeks Friday 4 people called me to say my money will be paid out late Friday afternoon or early Saturday morning . ITS MONDAY AND STILL NOTHING. If the items purchased wasn't for my children...I WOULD HAVE SENT IT RIGHT BACK. My account has been a mess since day 1. They ask you 1 million questions to answer then they still go against everything you say .

They scratch in your account before the agreed dates they ask If your salary date falls on a Monday when should they debit the account you reply and say the following Monday then they go and scratch the THURSDAY before payday. I cant wait for my items to paid up .I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.
