Laying a theft charge for item i dont have

I have 2 rentals with teljoy, i have explained that the one broke and they told me i can settle the amount. And my other item i am paying every month. First they said they will collect the fridge even though im paying because i owe on the other item i have been asking for banking details since last week no reply only threats. Now they tell me they are going to lay a charge of theft against me. Apparently i am a ******** now. How does the one item affect the other the frudge is paid for up to date except for this month as i an still waiting for banking details since last week. I regret ever doing business with these people. Please teljoy furnish me with settlement amounts for both items so we can stop dealing with each other please
