LACK OF SERVICE

<p>I ordered a product from Teljoy last month and still waiting for it to be delivered. I received a call from a so called Team Leader ( Shaun) who clearly doesn't know a thing about customer service as he promised a call back at 12pm on the 11/08/2017 but he clearly forgot to contact me back. Its either Teljoy doesn't need new business or there are just pathetic at conducting business in a proper manner. </p>
