Item rented different from what was stated on internet.

I recently received a mocrowave from Teljoy that was advertised as follows: ''LG 56l Mirror Silver grill Microwave''.

Great was my surprices about two weeks later when I tried to used the grill function......only to discover that this oven does not have it at all. My communication with Teljoy so far returned zero results as I am being passed from one person to the other. The agent for this was Marvin Khumalo and apparently he resigned.

I would like to know how Teljoy is going to fix this as I wanted a Grill funtion MW oven.
