Insurance at its best

Some total ******* broke into my house and stole a lot of stuff including two Teljoy TV's and DVD player. Once I could let Teljoy have the police report, everything went so smooth and without any hitches it's unbelievable. The replacements were delivered by Thursday and not once was there a snotty remark nor any threats by some lacklustre little insurance clerk.
