*********** institution with no customer service

The worst customer service I have experienced. I have been paying for 3 years and they have listed me as a slow payer as they can never find their payments on their systems.

When trying to speak to them, they have no interest in communicating, but rather send threats via sms to have someone remove the appliances even though you have paid.

I have now completed the payment in full but whenever I call to tell them to adjust their records and remove the items I have paid for. They tell me I must provide this in writing.

I have sent multiple emails, yet they never respond and whenever I try call, they just say I must put it in writing.

Please don't ever use this company. You pay 3x the amount for something and it's impossible to tell them to remove it from your invoice, even after full payment.
