Inexperienced credit department
Please dont trust it when they say this company is a good credit builder. It is the second time they send a report of missed payments through to experian, HEAVILY influencing my credit score, when my account is in fact, up to date. The first time was because the payment was R6 short. They reported an R800+ missed payments. Trying to solve this issue is also a mission and their agents have the worst attitude when spoken to.
