Increase in Rent to Own Tariff
Hi there please can you guys advise if you have a contract with Teljoy and have fixed rates as your contract can they do an increase. My understanding of a contract is just that a contract as it doesn't state plus 5% increase per annum...

16 Mar 2021, 11:34It does not stipulate in the contract anything about annual increases. The last time there was an increase it was said that you guys hadn't had an increase since many years. With current strain on the economy and some us being unemployed (like me) do you think this is fair to us. If i had to buy from Morkels or any other furniture store the same principle applies however you choose to word it. It is a contract and there should be no price increment
