I would like to write a review about Teljoy regarding ticket #66397 I've been trying to find the words to write this review for 3 days now and I've come to realize there are no words... My brother and i had a home invasion 2 weeks ago, when i called in i had the pleasure of getting ahold of Brian Beilings an individual who was pacient understanding and went over and above to help. His clarity and ability to manage expectations with regards to our situation while actually delivering as and WHEN he said he would was beyond amazingly. I wish i could find the right words to explain how greatful i am to have been assisted by Brian or convey what an asset I think he is to your team. So for now all I'll say is thank you.
