I was sold a lie

Today is the 09 March 2023, I received my TV, not that I'm surprised it is not fixed teljoy uses the same excuse as my first TV. If they can't fix their business how did I expect them to fix a TV. My TV came back in the worst condition, the screen was partly black and before I sent it for repairs the tv was not like that. I want Rethas manager to contact me. I'm tired of dealing with ineffective ppl. I want the recording of my call when I took out this plan, I will be taking this further. TELJOY has no remorse for their customers, they sell lies. Do not buy or use their service. I will never recommend this company to anyone. After writing my first review, no one contacted me, I had to call them. This shows they only come on these platforms and pretend to resolve issues.

Horrible company to deal with.
