I purchased a rent to own couch 2 years back and due to financial problems I failed to pay 3 installments now a week ago they came to collect it but I was not at home so I sent a WhatsApp to make arrangements and stated that I can only afford 250 monthly but they refused and demanded 50percent, I mean I can’t afford that amount and what’s the reason for making arrangements if the dictate amount, I feel this is not professional and they are trying to take it back because my contract ends in February and have paid a lot , this is ********** and unfair to consumers and if I can’t afford that 1000 which I said I will pay in September because I felt being pressured by them and I know I can only afford 250 as per my initial arrangements but they refused
