I had the pleasure of dealing with the most incredible human being — Noluthando, a manager at Teljoy, whose service left me feeling genuinely cared for and uplifted. She was knowledgeable, patient, and guided me through everything step by step with such dedication. Even when I was rude and short with her out of frustration, she never lost her cool or showed the slightest attitude. Noluthando is a true breath of fresh air. Teljoy is incredibly lucky to have her — she genuinely deserves a huge raise!
