Horrible service, my TV is not working!!!

I have had the most horrific experience ever when it comes to the poor service from Teljoy. My tv stopped working last year 9th of December 2021 to be specific. All you ever say is you are coming since then, you still coming up until today 26 January 2022, i have sent numerous emails and you guys don't even have the audacity to reply and acknowledge my emails, i pay a monthly installment yet i don't have a tv, if you are not going to fix this tv or exchange it come fetch and i will stop paying these monthly installments, your service is so HORRIBLE... This is needs to fixes NOW!!
