Horrible Service
Horrible service, did an application for additional items on my account which at first i were approved to be informed that the application was declined with no reasonable explanation as my payment record is perfect with Teljoy and my credit rating is fantasitc so i really do not understand?? And with days of trying to contact Teljoy and getting an answer we are still waiting!

Different factors are taken into account: payment history, affordability, regularity, etc. Whether the application is new or an add-on to an existing account, every customer is vetted.
