Horrible customer service

Worst customer service ever experienced, they tell you to call them and they will assist you with cancellation but never answer the phone, I spoke to a Bernet and he never came back to me even after I left messages and sent emails. This is the worst company ever and I will never do business with them again. I was considering getting a new watch, but after this bad service, I will cancel my rental and conclude my business with them Never been so disappointed with their vitality team
