********** NON EXISTENT SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely pathetic after sales service! no one ever replies to emails and they continue to deduct premiums or send threatening emails when the final payment has been made and proof of payment has been sent. And when you have finally had enough of their ********** NON EXISITENT service you cant even get a manager or complaint departments contact details to complain. My girlfriend left review on Hello Peter and they had the review removed as she is not the account holder. so I will not leave multiple reviews until I have been assisted!

The service from Siphiwe Langa and Helen Ncube has been ********** on MULTIPLE occasions. They are Absolutely *********** at their jobs. Even after the final payment has been made they still send threatening emails. But can't seem to respond to emails that have been sent asking for confirmation that they have received the proof of payment. I will be looking for a ombudsman/complaints department as this has been going on far too long now.
