Honestly cannot recommend this provider at the moment.

Sadly... in a business world where competition could easily make or break your company... one would think that delivery on set commitment dates would be an absolute priority. (Especially with new clients)

This does not seem to be the case with Teljoy.

I app**** for an item that is on promotion ****erally on the website), and my application was approved two weeks ago. (A commitment date on expected delivery was also set)

Sadly though, this commitment date has now been changed for the 3rd time, after my 13th e-mail sent.

Understandably, this is not the sales team's fault, and the problem lies with distribution and logistics. However, this does not excuse the commitments made by the sales team. They are representatives and ambassadors of the company, and as such, a commitment made by an employee is a commitment made by the company.

I love the business model that the company has... but unfortunately the execution is so bad, that it does not even seem to be worthwhile anymore.

Truly sad. Unless some changes comes into place soon... I would not suggest this provider to any person who is looking to engage in business. (I hope it gets rectified soon though).

Lessons to be learned... company should not commit to something they cannot deliver on. Prospective new clients: Approach at least 2x other providers, just in case this happens to you as well.

As a client... we should never have to beg for a product... companies spend so much just to get our business... not the other way around.

I feel like I have to provide a lesson here. (Which is weird, as I am sure you have adequately qualified managers who should manage the quality of this division)... but here it is. A Customer that has a complaint (especially on a public platform), needs very clear feedback from the onset. Accountability is almost always the main cause for concern in complaints... and thus I would advise the following: When apologizing, and committing to an investigation... then provide the details of the individual that is conducting the investigation, as well as a reference number and an ETA on when feedback will be given. The customer is already unhappy with your service... this is why it is vital to win the customer's confidence back by proving your commitment to accountability. Vague promises falls on deaf ears when you do not have the confidence of the client.
