Happy client

So yesterday I app**** for a fridge as mine isn't working so well. Well I got a call from Lucky Tshona, oh my word this guy was amazing. He made me laugh, and he just went through the whole process and it felt like I was chatting to a friend and not doing a boring telephone contract. I had so much fun over the phone. He really made it so easy and so much fun. I have recommended him to my friends and family because I just believe he needs to be recognized for the effort he puts into the phone conversation. I really felt like it was a friend. He is such a delight to deal with. I will definitely do business with him again. Won't go anywhere else. You know he said it should take 3 to 10 working days for delivery and guess what? Yup the driver called this morning to arrange delivery for today, oops unfortunately I'm not home hahaha but we arranged for delivery tomorrow. So I get my new fridge tomorrow whoohoo so excited!
