Half a star for customer service
Worst service I have ever dealt with. I apply, upload all the necessary documents, get an email & sms saying I am pre approved. After 60min I get an email stating that there are missing info and I have to upload my documents AGAIN. Speak to some one online, they say some one will phone me back now, after another 60min, nothing happens. I fill in my details for a call back and state my reason for a call back. its been nearly 24 Hours and still no sign of Teljoy's existence.
