After a long drawn out month of battling and running out of patience with *********** uncaring people, Taniel came to my rescue!! I got my TV today thank you Taniel for really going out of your way, I can honestly say no one else at the call center bothered one bit!!! What an asset Taniel must be to Teljoy, if only you would employ more people like her....
