Great customer service

I've had several queries on rent to own devices (returning a product , swapping out with a different product, query about debit orders, etc ). The team has been great at quickly responding to emails, resolving queries and sending couriers for the return of goods (at no extra charge). So far their customer service has been better than most companies I've dealt with.
