Teljoy - ******* ***** LISTING I "rented to own" equipment from Teljoy for a number of years. I was Retrenc in 2016, I renting a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Microwave that I was renting from Teljoy . I informed Teljoy that I want to end the Contract In the meantime my Husband left me and I have nowhere to go so I send Teljoy a email that I am going to leave the Items with a Friend Because they let me now they will pick it up the next week ,I was under the impression they had picked up the Items because I didn't hear anything from them again Now, 3 years later my Fiance have app**** for a extra bank card on my name , only to be told by a credit verification company that Teljoy-Film Fun Holdings have listed me with a ***** LISTING. Type of *****: Misuse of account through ********** conduct; sub-category: evading liability (i.e confirmed ***** NOT bad debt) and furthermore the details of the incident are listed as "absconded with asset".

I am absolutely livid. Firstly, I was under the impression that the Items were Picked. I don't have any proof that they didn't pick it up, Second Teljoy listed my savings Account also, I just find it out today when I wanted to withdraw my money Teljoy you now Only the Courts can declare me a *********. I was not , contacted by Teljoy, although they had my cell number, email address
