FRUAD LISTINGS AND ZERO COMMUNICATION AND THREATENING EMAILS

I received a ***** listing from SAFP as listed by Teljoy who claim they have made numerous attempts to collect their unit . I informed them of my retrenchment and asked for details of collection. 9 months later I receive a listing form SAFP,which informs me why my efforts to secure new employment have been declined. Until i asked a recruiter and saw the listing. Not only had they not contacted me, responded to my emails or made attempts to reach me on all cellphone numbers they have of mine which are correct on their records but they have now affected my ability to secure employment for over a year...yet again with no communication. Today Cindy Roux decided to respond with a threatening email after 7 of mine over the past few months detailing that she will not remove the ***** listing. Only oncee the unit is recovered and a fee of R3718 is paid...with what,from where. Wwhy not a default in payment listing. I work in the financial services place and the listing renders me unmeployable. To say im infuriated is an understatement. If anyone with information on how to escalate this please assist. Or with details to the correct ombudsman.
