Fridge repair

<p>To be honest, I thought the service was great that I received from Teljoy until it came to repairs. How can you let someone wait 2-3 working days to have your fridge repaired??? How on earth am I suppose to keep your food cold and not go off within 2-3 working days? I get told that someone will call me back, still nothing after 4 phone calls....I wish I knew this before I rented a fridge. Yes I understand 2-3 working days for electronics etc, but for a fridge?? Really??? We woke up in the middle of the night with the smell of smoke and the smell of gas and melting plastic, but no I have to wait 2-3 working days. </p>
