<p>My fiance took an order with Teljoy and was delivered on 28 April. When we were signing up we told the consultant (and his supervisor) the cost is R389 as per THEIR BROCHURE. I had to email the brochure to show the codes and the pricing and THEY AGREED. My fiance first debit order was: R493.29 (prorata and full month) AS WELL AS R459.00 standard month. I have called and was told this would be rectified only to get NO ANSWER, called again and was told now that there WAS no special on that unit DESPITE having the brochure VALID UNTIL 30th of APRIL. We want the correct amount deducted this month AS WELL AS A CREDIT REPAYMENT into my fiances account. this is ***** and we will take it further</p>
