Forget the Teljoy brand

I want to echo some of the comments on here about easy fix and how the issue never gets resolved . It’s a year on from my first complaint about my washing machine keep packing up . Have had 4-5 visits in the past year by various technicians . The problem persists . Again it is standing today. Worst is that I cannot seem to find their telephone details anywhere online on their website . It’s like it almost disappeared . So I logged 2 issues via their online portal . No one has contacted me since . I sent an email to the Teljoy technical address . Still waiting . My contract makes provision for a replacement unit in the event repairs are not successful . I have requested a replacement since June . In the meanwhile , we have a 1 year baby old and 2 kids and myself writing exams , and we have to wash clothes by hand . Teljoy doesn’t seem to understand the needs of their consumers or take matters urgently . I’ve moved passed angry now to a point where I don’t even want to hear about the brand , and I have been a loyal customer for 10 years with various purchases and rent to own and easy fix . It’s clear my business is not needed anymore . I wouldn’t recommend anyone take up any contracts with Teljoy or easy fix.
