Follow through was so unnexpected and so unusual
I called to query a few things and spoke to Nomfundo in customer services....I hung on for so long that I eventually rang off but she called me back with all of the relevant info, going back 9 years, which was why it took so long. I was highly impressed with her attitude and just wanted to say well done to her and hope Management tell her.
