FED UP!!!
For some reason I can't find my previous review on this company so here we go again. Previously I fell behind on my account and these people had the audacity to pitch up at my ex parents in law's house where I have not lived for about 7 years now and they wanted to fetch my things from my mother in law (we have the same initials but NOT the same ID number so ***) Anyway once again, even after paying a big amount on the outstanding balance as well as being in touch almost daily to explain that I had some issues but that the account will be paid as soon as humanly possible, I still get phoned by mbd at least 4 times a day, as well as getting threatening SMS'es from them. On my previous post I requested an apology letter to be sent to my ex mother in law, which to this date has not happened. So once again I am now posting this here, maybe they actually read it and the phone calls and threatening SMS'es will stop.
