Faulty washing maschine

Last week teljoy responded very quick after n wrote a review on hello peter after more than 3 weeks of struggeling to get response! Now today the technicians phone me to tell me they are going to come and pick up my washing machine to repair it, and then i have to wait to get it back untill the part that is faulty arrives, and nobody can tell me when that is! In the mean time what am to do with my washing! When you rent the appliances from them they promise you the moon and stars, paying more than double the instalment at teljoy they tell you itbis beacause you can swap, or change it any day you like, and the phone call is recorded that day, so i would like teljoy to get me that recording! Nobody from teljoy informed me that my washing maschine is going to be repaired or what the outcome from the technicians was! May i please get response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
