Faulty PS4

I got a PS4 about two weeks ago on Rent to Own. Service from Teljoy was Brilliant. My sons birthday was yesterday and we opened it for the first time yesterday, He installed the updates as the unit request. Put in his games and started playing. after half an hour he shut it down as we went out for dinner. When we got home and he tried to turn it on it was dead. It will not turn on. I would like a replacement unit please and for the game which is stuck in the console to be returned to me. This is not a good way to start. Your couriers come to our area on a Thursday so I would like the old unit collected tomorrow and the replacement dropped off tomorrow..<br> I do not want it repaired. It was turned on for this first time yesterday and according to Consumer Laws I am entitled to a replacement unit
